Performance improvements

The following performance enhancements have been implemented:

1. Glance panel deprecation has been executed.
2. Jersey dependencies have been eliminated for snyk fixes.
3. Vulnerabilities are addressed and fixed.

You can now add issues to a version from the Issues tab!
