⚡ New permission enhancements for cross-project actions and integrations
We’ve enhanced ARNR’s permission system to provide more granular control over integrations, publishing actions, AI features, and external-sharing capabilities across both project-level and cross-project workflows. What’s New?
Added new permissions for:
MS Teams
Zendesk
Confluence
MS PowerPoint templates
Salesforce email integration
Extended permission enforcement to Cross-Project screens with a new “Cross project” selection option.
Improved Release Pages & Widgets permissions to restrict creation and publishing actions while allowing existing configurations to continue working
Previously, if the Confluence action execution exceeded the platform timeout threshold (around 25 seconds), the UI displayed a generic timeout error message even though the action continued and completed successfully in the background.Fixes included:
Improved handling of long-running Confluence action executions
Prevented misleading empty error pop-ups during successful background processing
This update ensures users can confidently execute large Confluence publishing actions without seeing unnecessary timeout-related UI errors.
